Please be advised that eight Belarusian officials, including the president of Belarus, have been added to the list of sanctioned entities under the United Kingdom’s Global Human Rights Sanctions Regulations 2020.
The following individuals have been added to the consolidated list and are subject to an asset freeze: Alexander Ryhoravich Lukashenko, Viktor Aliaksandravich Lukashenko, Igor Petrovich Sergeenko, Khazalbek Bakhtibekovich Atabekov, Dmitry Balaba, Yuri Karayev Alexander Petrovich Barsukov and Yuri Gennadyevich Nazarenko.
It is implemented within the Bailiwick by the Global Human Rights Sanctions (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Regulations, 2020.
