Matt brings a wealth of HR knowledge gained from a variety of businesses, largely within the financial sector. He is a member of CIPD, holding both the Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications and has over 10 years’ experience in the industry. He is also one of the company’s qualified mental health first aiders.

Matt has played an integral part in HR departments with responsibility for multiple jurisdictions during his career, whilst ensuring a consistent quality service was delivered to staff and often simultaneously implementing operational, cultural and technological improvements.

When not working Matt will usually be seen on a local football pitch or spending time with his young daughters and stepson.
