Meet Gracia Van Zutphen – Aspidas’ Summer Bursary Student & All-Round Sports Enthusiast
“My main passion is definitely football, and I feel incredibly grateful to represent the island through the sport I love. But I also enjoy badminton, basketball, athletics, and pretty much anything active!”
“Outside of sport, I’ve recently taken up the piano and have been enjoying the challenge and progress over the past six months. I’m also part of a Scouts group, where we regularly head outdoors for night hikes, camping, and other adventures.”
This summer, Gracia joined Aspida through our bursary programme, looking to gain meaningful work experience during university holidays.

The bursary programme fits well with my university schedule, and I was drawn to the company’s strong commitment to CSR, whether it’s volunteering, fundraising, or sustainability initiatives, it’s something I really value.”
I’m excited to explore different roles at Aspida to learn more about how tech and AI are shaping financial services. I’m also thinking about doing a master’s or PhD in the Netherlands to grow my knowledge and gain international experience.
We’re thrilled to have Gracia on the team this summer and can’t wait to see where her journey leads next!
