With no prior experience in financial services, James joined our trainee programme. What he lacked in technical knowledge, he made up for in transferable skills:

Over the course of the programme, James has gained hands-on experience across Aspida’s advisory services, supported by mentors and structured training. He’s now contributing to real client projects, building his professional toolkit, and shaping a career that aligns with his values.
