Bee McDaid and Dan Radford were the initial members of aspida’s trainee programme in 2019, designed to ensure that the future workforce of our governance, risk and compliance advisory businesses had the necessary skills and aptitude to maximise the benefits of our technology platform and added value people overlay.

Peter Mills, Joint Chair, explains “shortages of compliance and risk experienced individuals have been a challenge for some time, we identified this and wanted to invest in our future leaders. Our culture is such that this is as much about helping the next generation as it is about meeting our business needs and those of our clients”.
