Helen Bougourd has been appointed Relationship Director within its regulated businesses (Beauvoir Group). A highly qualified and experienced fiduciary practitioner, being a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance professional, Helen will facilitate the continued growth and personal development of her team. “Having joined Aspida during the challenging circumstances of the lock-down and seeing how the company has continued to function effectively, I am excited at the prospect of supporting the further growth and development of the group” adds Helen.
Sarah Sarre has been appointed Operations Director where she will bring her extensive experience of leading regulatory projects including reviews of governance structures and operational policies and procedures. Sarah is well known professionally through her roles in various industry forums and working groups including GIFA technical and compliance committees, GACO, GAT and is ICSA qualified.
Cassie Palaniandy has been appointment Compliance Consultant where she will bring her experiences in the gaming and financial services sector and put in to practice the principles outlined in a paper she recently had published on the importance of good governance and its relationship to compliance.
Joining the Aspida team as a Business Analyst is Jessica Regnard. A member of ICSA and ACCA, Jessica brings a strong accounting background and wealth of business management experience across the fiduciary and commercial sectors. Completing the new additions and joining the Beauvoir team is Cathryn Howlett who joins as an AML/Fiduciary Reviewer with recent experience of general administration and universal life insurance policies.
