Our trainee programme is designed to build the next generation of compliance, governance, and technical specialists, providing hands‑on experience, professional development support, and the opportunity to work across the Group’s diverse service lines.
Jacob
We are delighted to congratulate Jacob, who not only completed the trainee programme but also successfully passed his STEP exams, a significant achievement that reflects his dedication and commitment to professional excellence. Jacob now moves forward in his career equipped with specialist knowledge that enhances his ability to support complex fiduciary structures.
Carrie
Carrie has successfully graduated from the programme and now holds a dual role as Strategy & Operations Lead and Corporate Governance Consultant. In her governance role, Carrie focuses on supporting clients through board evaluations and strengthening governance practices. As Strategy & Operations Lead, she drives alignment across key initiatives, streamlines strategic projects, and supports operational excellence across the Group.
Jezaia
Jezaia has progressed into the role of Solutions Consultant within Aspida’s Technology Team, where he plays a key part in designing client‑focused solutions and automation within our GRC platform, Resolver.
Alex R
Alex R steps into the role of Compliance Consultant, building on his completion of the ICA Certificate, ICA Advanced Certificate, and most recently the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance. His growing expertise across regulated sectors positions him to deliver high‑quality, practical support to clients as part of our outsourced compliance team.
Alex D
Also moving into a Compliance Consultant role, Alex D brings strong hands‑on experience across Compliance Monitoring Programmes, Client Risk Assessments, and sector‑specific secondments. Having now completed his ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance, he further strengthens our expanding compliance offering.
